Over the span of 20 years, Diana has built a reputation as an entrepreneur,
partner and early adopter of technology solutions. She co-authored the first
Canadian study on e-commerce, designed one of the first studies on micro-
marketing for the leading pharmacy chain, as well as the first content portal,
Vision1to1, for Essilor, the leader in corrective lenses.
In 2001, Diana joined Orange France, leading business units to a customer-
centricity with over fifty technology innovations. During this time, she became one
of the first executives to harness the power of storytelling as she realized that
technology needed to be told in story and create an emotional bond with
customers. Ten years later, she launched DFY, a bilingual content strategy and
storytelling boutique for the large enterprise and start-ups.
