Dr. Mary Segars is the Founder and CEO of Segars Consulting Group (SCG). SCG is committed to providing entrepreneurs and businesswomen the needed tools to be the best leaders in corporate and personal environments. She is a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer and Coach. She has published two best-selling books; “Power Talk begins with Power Thought,” and “Wake up the Leader within You.”
Dr. Segars conducts seminars, training sessions on Leadership Competencies and Development, Personal Growth and Development, Life Mapping for Success, and Motivational Assessment to name a few. In addition, Dr. Segars is an international keynote speaker where she spoke at Women’s Leadership Forum in Bangkok, Thailand in 2019 and at the Women Economy Forum (WEF) in Cairo, Egypt in 2020.
