Joanna has 15 years of experience in capital markets in the field of international investor relations and ESG for the energy, wood industry, mineral and mining, healthcare, TMT and real-estate sectors. She has substantial experience in working with institutional investors in Europe, the US, and Middle East. Joanna was the driving force behind the creation of IR Department and capital markets communication during the IPO and post-IPO of ENERGA S.A.  She has engaged in the numerous IPO, SPO, M&A, debt issuance, and refinancing transactions. She is a Mentor to startups at the MIT Enterprise Forum CEE.
