Sid Ali ZERROUKI, already has more than 25 years of expertise in the field of ICT & Innovation, with world-renowned Telecom groups, particularly in Africa, Asia and the Middle East where he has held several responsible roles to name : VP Delivery & Service Huawei, General Manager Revotech , Network Head in TelecelGroup; Director of the audit program at Cybercom Asia he contributed to the deployment of terrestrial and submarine optical fiber (Med-Cable, EASSY’s) as he led the launch of 3G and 4G in several countries including Algeria, Tanzania, Burundi, Indonesia, Sri Lanka.

He is, the President of Internet Access Commission @ GAAN ( Group of Algerian Actor for digitalizations), Sid Ali Zerrouki is Currently The Managing Director of Algeria Venture, the only one of its Kind, State owned Startups Accelerator and Open Innovation Center.
