Bio: Marina Volynkina is the Rector of the Institute for The Humanities and Information Technologies, a founder and the Rector of the International College for Arts and Communication, the founder and the Head of the Global Women Media news agency, a co-founder of the Peace 50 community. She holds a PhD in law, is a professor with more than 20 years of teaching experience, has authored over 100 scholarly articles.
